Quality Reconditioned Cylinder Heads

This means that a cylinder head has been re-built using new or used serviceable parts. All reconditioned cylinder heads are fully pressure tested for cracks and meticulously cleaned. After this the heads are skimmed. New guides are fitted, the seats and valves are cut or are replaced with new ones if needed. The cylinder heads are then built to a high standard with new springs, caps, collettes and valve-stem oil seals. All reconditioned cylinder heads carry a 12 month warranty, subject to usual conditions, i.e. radiator report etc. (available on request).

All new cylinder heads are offered complete with valves, springs, caps, collettes, valve-stem oil seals and camshaft, complete ready to fit or are offered bare with valves. All valves are preset, i.e.: deck heighted and shimmed back to the original manufacturers specifications. These units are then ready to fit to you engine. All new cylinder heads carry a 12 month no quibble manufacturers warranty. These are quality units at unbeatable prices.

Our cylinder head units are sold on an exchange basis.

Once you have delivery of your recon/new unit and have fitted it to your vehicle we then require your old unit back in exchange. We will arrange collection of the exchange unit within four weeks of invoice date, this service is included in the delivery price. If for some reason you do not let us collect the old unit complete with parts you will be liable for a surcharge of £250.00 plus vat. This will be refunded in full once we have received the exchange unit back.
